We recently got the chance to drop by Perth where we visited Sean Morris and Kyle Hughes-Odgers at their new studio, ‘GVRNMNT’, in Leederville, Perth. With the studio only a couple of months old, the two Perth artists are already producing some amazing new work out of their new home.
They showed us their “Ocean view”, Kyle’s collection of pattern books, new works in progress, and Sean’s new animated gif. Three frames of pumping goodness (see here).
Sean is currently preparing for an overseas trip to the US, where he will be showing at Think Thank Gallery.

Kyle has been working on a children’s book called “Ten Tiny Things”, which is officially launching soon.
Check out a video preview of the book here. Also on 4th – 6th of July he will be launching an Artist series skateboard with Berlin’s Okazi Gallery and Austria’s Delight Skateboards. The Artist Series will be exclusively presented at the Bright Tradeshow in Berlin- available at selected skateshops from early July 2012. More info here.
Both artists will also be showing at the King Brown show on July 26 at Klughaus.
