Numskull & Roach Melbourne

This is officially the first post I have done on TOH. And what better way to celebrate, then to flood your feeds with a whole lot of photos from my recent trip to Melbourne. One of my favourite cities in the world. We visited our friends at Everfresh, saw the TEES show and painted in two of Melbourne‘s most visited spots. More photos and trash talk below…

Numskull Melbourne 2013

First stop was EF. Their studio is always fun to be at. The amount of hard working artists that reside there is pretty inspiring. There’s always someone painting. Always…

Feature: Aisle6ix Industries

We believe in collaboration as a powerful tool. Actually, it would probably be the tool we use the most… Without it, we’d be stale and ignorant to what’s happening outside our bubble, without it, we wouldn’t be able to create such impactful projects, and without it “The Hours” probably wouldn’t be possible. With “The Hours” we aim to create art based projects that are not for profit ideas, which in turn, fund another art based project. The majority of which, are done in collaboration with other artists, brands or businesses.

The Hours Limited Edition t-shirt series would not be possible without our good friends, Aisle6ix Industries.

Aisle6ix is a rare gem in Sydney. It is an independently run Screen-Printing (but that’s not all they do. See here.) studio that specializes, but not limited to, servicing the art world. They are the guys responsible for screen printing every single shirt and custom label card that goes with each “The Hours” Limited Edition t-shirt.

Check out their website here. Click below to see more of their work…

Shida is a steady force in Australia right now. Don’t miss out on his show. More on Shida here. More on the exhibition opening, over at the Blakehouse website here.
