Re.Discover is a walking street art exhibition created to showcase the work of six established West Australian artists through the painting and exhibiting of exterior murals in the streets of Bunbury over four days, from 15-18 January.
The six murals will be completed by six different WA artists: Stormie Mills; Kyle Hughes-Odgers; Anya Brock; Jodee Knowles; Tim Howe and Andrew Frazer. Film maker Chad Peacock will document the project to demonstrate the positive influence of street art in Bunbury’s CBD and beyond.
Three days of painting will culminate in a group exhibition to be held at the Bunbury Regional Art Galleries (Wittenoom Street, Bunbury WA) on 18 January from 6-9pm where the public can meet the artists.

Project 5 recently took over the Darling Quarter in Sydney with artists Adnate, Jodee Knowles, Numskull and Rone.
The four artists painted live in front of spectators, locals and tourists. Certainly a massive change to creating work inside the studio, but something they all agreed was an interesting process to experience, and especially when the proceeds go to such a great cause like ICE.
Ambush Gallery has created a nice short video featuring the opening, painting days and even some rare short interviews with the artists.
“In a first for Project Five since its inception in 2009, Volume Five will also feature a month long free public art exhibition in aMBUSH Gallery and Darling Quarter’s popup exhibition space OPEN, located in the precinct’s Civic Connector. The exhibition, which opens on 20 September and continues until 20 October, will feature sixteen original large-scale artworks created by the Project Five feature artists.”
